Known Appearances: The Puppeteer appeared in All Good Comics, All Great Comics (second one-shot), All Your Comics, Blue Beetle no. 46, Book of All Comics, and Rocket Kelly no. 2. The character also appeared as "Captain V" in All Top Comics and The Book of Comics. V-Man is a similar looking, but different, character. The story here is from a reprint of Blue Beetle no. 46 published as Human Fly no. 10.
